La nostra storia
Ma Ke Gelato! nasce dall'idea semplice che il gelato debba sapere di quello che è: frutta che sa di frutta, pistacchio che sa di pistacchio.
Niente conservanti, aromi di sintesi o semilavorati industriali. Mai.
Base bianca con latte e panna freschi, con tante alternative senza lattosio.
Produciamo anche una selezione di gusti che non contengono alcun derivato animale all'interno, pensati per permettere di assaporare appieno i sapori autentici della natura.
Piccole quantità, mantecate in giornata nel nostro laboratorio: mai gelato di ieri.
I gusti seguono il calendario della natura: se un frutto finisce, il gusto cambia.
Frutta fresca dal mercato, latte fresco da allevatori locali: facciamo la spesa come la faresti tu.
Ogni mattina, nel laboratorio dietro il banco. Bilanciamo le ricette al grammo e lasciamo riposare le miscele per un gusto pieno.
In Piazza Boccaccio. Cono croccante o coppetta, con il sorriso di chi fa il mestiere più dolce del mondo.

“Hands down the best gelato we’ve had in the past two weeks traveling across Italy, and we’ve tried a lot. The texture is incredibly creamy and rich, with a flavor selection that’s both classic and creatively unique. One standout for me was the caramelized onion, surprisingly delicious and unlike anything I’ve had before. The salted caramel tasted like smooth butterscotch, and the ricotta with pistachio and orange bitters was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. I also had an affogato with crema gelato absolutely divine. It was so good we went back for seconds and had the dark chocolate and pistachio combo, which was just as incredible. The staff were super friendly and patient, even letting us try a few flavors before ordering.”

“Truly a professional artisanal gelatoria that should not be missed. Using a rarely seen these days true gelato freezer which keeps the gelato at the perfect temperature (slightly higher than ice cream) for flavor and texture, to the absolute creation of the gelatos in the back kitchen from scratch. Using no premade mixes the final product reflects the time and energy it takes to make flavorful artisanal gelato that when it literally melts in your mouth you will experience the true taste and texture of exquisite gelato. If you are a fan of gelato it is worth going out of your way to this gelatoria.”

“This gelato place was amazing. They had some very creative flavors such as Malaga rum raisin and cantiano black cherry. They also have granita which is like flavored ice. Our kids begged to go there multiple times. It’s also fun to get your gelato and hang out in the town square.”
